First Sleepover !

Went over to Meryl's place two days ago to prove a point THAT I DO NOT FLAKE ON ALL OUR PROMISES !!!
Anyways, turns out sylvia was going there too lmao so we decided the night before to bring some stuff to make smores.
Got there before sylvs so we played some slenderman (picked up from last time where we got stuck at 2 pages) and screamed and cried our way through it until we broke our personal best and got 3 pages. Then the doorbell rang and we tried to pause the game but we took too long to find out how so slenderman popped up and we screamed and ran out of her room to open the door for sylvia still screaming. Welcomed her and started playing cluedo WHICH I WON 2/3 !!! (suck it suckers)

Made smores and first batch was so pretty, second batch we forgot the timer so it turned brown and burnt and we cried at our failures ):
Went to deliver excess smores to bright because holy shit it was too sweet and picked up brawl and mario kart from his place. Played house of the dead and more wii.
Then I went home to pick up shower stuff so we could spend the night ! Returned to find them still playing mario kart. Then went to kfc for dinner and returned to play more wii. Started to get ready for bed so we showered one by one whilst watching anchorman and then stopped halfway because meryl's parents went off to sleep.
Started a game of speed monopoly where i miserably lost and sylvia fell asleep halfway through which is highly impressive.
Meryl and I moved to tv room to play more house of the dead never mind the fact taht we were dead at that point due to it being 1am.
Decided that we were pathetic failures and went to sleep.

Woke up at 8 am to sylvia's cold feet intruding into my happy place and i moved over to meryl's bed to nap for one more hour before waking up and then making pancakes and egg. tried to hustle my way out asap for city WHICH IS NEXT POST YAY

Formalities

So yesterday formal happened!

Woke up at 11 due to dads car pulling away and then slowly got up and made breakfast of yummy fried dumplings. Then sat around waiting for Sylvia and Meryl to show up and played a lol game whilst waiting. They got here and we did our makeup and hair and whatnot and mum came home to send us to Ashlys house.

Got there and took heaps of photos against the limo with the other girls and the inside of the limo was so cool it had lights, music system and a built in bar aha. Sung our way to the city and took photos against a water scene before arriving at doltone.

Arrived at the place super early so walked to the end of one side and took a fair few photos then Meryl and I split and continued walking down and we reached a small park. Saw someone that I thought was Yanni and Meryl was like 'stop thinking everyone looks like Yanni' which brought us back to that argument of the Yanni look a like at du which Meryl insists doesn't look like Yanni ><

Decided to turn back and then I saw another person who looked like Yanni and I laughed so hard when we realised. IT WAS YANNI.

anyways walked back and everyone was there already. Took the elevator up and drank some oj and took more photos.

Went inside and had the food and photobooths!!!!

Then danced for 1 hr and 15 mins ahah and just chilled around.

For afters we had an apartment booked at star and we all trooped there crying in relief as we changed to thongs and then chilled a bit more at the apartment before we glomped off to sleep and I slept on he bed with three other people which tho was really warm, was very cosy ahha.

Woke up, checked out and had brunch at one of the places near darling harbour and then caught a train home, exhausted but quite content with everything :)

Will is a pumpkin

Today finally went to an escape room which was super cool and amazing.
Went to two back to back sessions for a vampire escape room and dr M escape room.
Started off with Dr M and we all had to be chained to a wall with blindfolds and we had to figure our way out. The vampire room was a lot shorter sans chains and less intense but we passed both!!!
Highlights:
- When the four of us were chained to the wall and bashing all the buttons and then realising at the end only one person needed to button mash
- When we took fucking 40 minutes to unlock the second room with the dumb baby that refused to cooperate
- When we went to the next room and there were a billion lasers that we had to maneuver around and the semi grab sarah made on ray for the final laser which made him do a mini commando roll
- The planets room when we all laughed over Uranus
- THE FINAL PUZZLE WHICH HAD ALL OF US JOIN HANDS AS A HUMAN CONDUCTOR OMG
-In the vampire one when ray kept on flipping the wooden block and they had to walkie talkie us to stop fucking around omg that was funny

And the best highlight?
WATCHING THE OTHER TEAM FAIL AHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Afterwards went to get lunch with ash and cui and then caught the train to parra to get our eyebrows done!!!
Now i finally have nicely done eyebrows!!!

Socialising

I hate... Well strongly dislike going out and today was a huge breakthrough for me I guess.

Took the bus to parra and then had to catch a bus to towers which scared the shit out of me. Also in the 38 degree weather anyone would be frustrated right. Went to the wrong side for the bus and saw the bus I was meant to catch slowly trundle away and I inwardly went noooo. Changed sides and watched the next bus trundle away and cried even harder. Finally got on the right bus and sighed in air conditioned bliss.

Had udon with yippy at towers and then wandered around exploring. Tried on some clothes but idk sadness overtook me as I like when I went into dotti and Bardot, and saw that the clothes there were the same as in Melbourne, I got really sad and thought of the schoolies group again. Guess I can't go clothes shopping again this season at least.

Waited about four ice ages for the bus to parra to arrive and then slept on the way to parra. Checked out the sweet as 40% off Priceline sale and bumped into Sophia there. Got a decent haul of shit I would never normally buy e.g contouring kit which I'm excited to use and caught the bus home.

Then proceeded to knock myself out on about 6 hours of league. Nice day :)

Spectre

Woke up after a blissful 9 hours headache and nausea free thank god and my mind being a right state of mentality. Patched my league and played a game with new log which is sort of op cause if I can carry with adc then something is terribly wrong.

Went to mcq to grab a little lunch, my body is still used to the brunches at 1 fml and met up with friends to watch spectre.

Also the intro song by Sam smith was so good. The tentacles a bit weird and uncalled for.... But his voice omg. And Daniel Craig's shoulders.... Holy shit man :)

Last day ):

Went to brunch as previously stated and as walking back we passed a lane of graffiti like hosier and posed and took a lot of photos. Dropped by hosier lane and photoed that too.

Passed by St. Paul's Anglican Church and dropped by to explore as it was a sort of tourist site and I also suddenly realised I missed praying to the lord and made a small prayer.

Then trekked to national gallery of Victoria which was awsm and the art was so good cause there were selective exhibitions as well as permanent setouts.

Came out and got some crepes and then wandered to botanic gardens and chilled for a long time and took group photos in front of the flowers. Set off later for dinner at Gazi's which was so exciting as it is owned by George from Masterchef!!!

Got the seven course meal for the eight of us and we were so full and satisfied. Gossiped about a couple Louise and I saw near the window and we tried to guess how they were going. We thought they didn't talk to each other and the girl wasn't interested and they were awkward but then a cake came out and the girl was so happy and we agreed hat all our deductions were wrong.

Huh

Boxed leftovers and then walked home to shower and pack as we were going guys place to chill and we were chaperoned by some of them.

Went there and played a few games before I left with Shelley, Sarah, Yeliw, Mikes and Net for girls place cause there wasn't enough space as some girls had already fallen we asleep.

Brought the rest of the drinks and finished it and we had a lot of fun with mummy net and daddy mikes caring after us. Finally slept at 7 and woke up at 10 to clear out for brunch/brekky at Maccas cause the other place we wanted to go was closed ):

Went back home to play a little of banagrams and book cab to airport.

Did all the standard plane stuff and arrived in Sydney!

The ceebs day

Headed out to brunch but due to long waiting lines couldn't go museum as planned so we trekked to Victorian markets where I bought matching bracelets with Annette and then we went to the cat cafe which was like cat haven where you can pet and love all the cats

Then we walked a lot cause we were going to go to a park but Emma our landlady wanted to drop by our place to get some supplies so we caught a tram back home.

Went home and started preparing strawberries and chocolate as we decided to sleep over at the guys tonight.

Got ready to leave for lunch where we had delicious pizza and desert of sachria ice cream which was surprisingly very nice.

Then trekked home with Wiley and ni to pack blankets and shit to sleep over at their place. Laughed ourselves to tears trying to squeeze the burrito like pillows and sheets in a plastic bag and then packed up to leave.

Got to the guys place and watched a horror movie that has jump scares and shit then started watching four weddings which was funny and much less scary than the prior one but we were all sleepy so we got ready for bed. We split into two groups where I went inside with Shelley, Sarah, Louise, mj and ni and we lay on the bed for a long time and raked shit about things. We tried to pull an allnighter but then all of us dozed at 6 and then we all woke at 10 so we missed the sunrise ahha. Found out Shelley and mj went missing cause they went to go see the sunrise and then decided to go brunch.

Chadstone shopping centre

So apparently we are going to the largest shopping centre today! Splitting up from the guys and catching one of the free shuttles there. Man Melbourne transport is so handy.

The bus was super fancy like one of those tour buses and we got there really fast and we even got to apply for tourist passports which gives us special discounts for buying shit

Had brunch at mr pilgrim cafe of cappuccino and a breakfast sort of meal called mr pilgrims breakfast

Then we split up to do our respective shopping and I bought a skirt at Dangerfield with daisies which was 20% off which was pretty cool as I wanted one yesterday but too expensive oops.

Ate dinner at a burger place and shared chips with Conny and then we split so the 18s could go clubbing whilst the rest of us went to the guys place to chill and judge balko formal photos.

Then we found 50 shades of grey and passed the book around reading sections of it

Which was funny as fuck.

Very tired

Finally at Melbourne home! After getting off the plane and collecting luggage we all caught a taxi to where we were going to live.

Collapsed when we got there and marvelled over the amount of alcohol there and then sighed when we realised we couldn't drink any of it );

Rushed to shower as there were only two showers and danced over the realisation that we basically had free wifi and a continuous source of reception. Hallelujah!

Called jacinta over Skype and we all caught up with her and was also granted a downstairs tour of her house. Was very tired so may be missing some details here.

Oh we used an ironing board as a drying line and hung all our towels and underwear outside for whoosh whoosh.

Blew up the air mattress and then settled to sleep yay!

Day five

Finally caught up, been typing these few posts all day ahah. But yes it is day five and I am on the plane to Melbourne ! But what has happened so far?

Woke up at 7:15 to eat an early breakfast with cui and ash and we tried to use up the rest of the eggs so we didn't have to chuck them. Boiled 6 to prepare for the other sleepers. Went and packed which wasn't too bad cause I wasn't that messy and shook shells awake. Distributed all the washed towels and started watching tv whilst eating some cereal (still think cornflakes are the best but w/e)

Then we mad rushed to check out before 10 and we had to wash all dishes and clean bbq area and fold all towels all the while hustling Annette because she is slow in the morning ahaha.

Checked out and went to eat some lunch at local bakery and then sat together and swapped the worst jokes with net and penny that made us crack up so hard.

Sarah went to send us to the airport and we checked out all our shit and waited a little to fly to Sydney. Man do I not miss the ass tasting water and sticky humid weather at Hamilton. Sydney is the best after all.

Sat around in airport to wait until we could check in our luggage and I used the free wifi to reconnect with lost friends and izzy badgered me if anyone had gotten drunk which considering our booze budget was not possible. Tho man I really like vodka.

Ate some Maccas and then waited to get on plane which is where I am now! Will update when at Melbourne :)

Day 4

Woke up early again and did the usual breakfast things. Everyone was pretty excited today as we were finally going to Whitehaven which is a damn white beach. Went on the coolest ship ever which had a net and we all lay around trying to rid our shirt and sock tans and boat people also gave us nice lunch of wraps.

Then they gave us the option of either diving into the water or being boated our way there which was about 200 m away.

Duh I dived. God the water was beautifully warm and it was such a rush to just jump in. Swam around and we laughed and giggled as we found warm and cold pockets. Towelled ourselves off and went on a hike to a lookout point to take pictures then went back to beach.

In the water some guy in a boat started to throw fish food into the water near us and it was so cool as the water instantly became flooded with small zebra fish, quite magical ahah. Except ni kicked a fish and then got bit by another fish ahah and then he got bitten which was karma.

Caught the boat back and we relaxed and ate a little fruit and had a sort of dnm but about grander things such as religion and shit.

Got home to prepare for eating out where I had pizza and oysters mmmm so tasty.

Then went home and we all mass donned and played mahjong and poker whilst trying to finish all the booze so we all got a little wobbly. Made the dumbest thing with the bananagram tiles ever, it was all the alcohol we could think of and when we ran out of letters we started using letters that looked similar and it was so funny and dumb.

Somehow got onto the topic of eyebrow plucking and then shells redid ni's eyebrows and we filled them in and I swear he looked nicer and softer ahha. Eyebrows are pre important lmao.

Played mafia and then crawled to bed after packing up a little for the next day.

Shopping !

Woke up 8 and went to gym as it was free. It was a bit small so some of us went back and we decided in a fit of madness to run up the stairs instead of taking the elevator so we panted up 22 flights of stairs. Arrived sweaty af and then did 2 sets of pilates which killed our arms and abs. Later around dying in our sweat and slowly got our shit together to shower and desweat ourselves. Sarah went off to book reservations for places to eat and we set out for brunch!

Brunch was at a super hipster place

And I got corn and prawn fritters and a signature blend of coffee which was preeeee good.

Then left the guys to go shopping! Went and bought a lot of shit that will hopefully be good shit and found penny a great formal dress.

Jks I lied she didn't get one. But net got one and she looks like belle in beauty and the beast ohoho.

Went to go find penny's formal shoes and collapsed on a nearby couch.

Went to dinner at a Mexican place but it was all full and next seats would be 9:30 which is like hell no, so we went to a jap place to eat some sushi ! Funny story, Louise and I ordered the same thing as Shelley and Sarah who were sitting with us on the table of four and we laughed over that and Sarah changed her dish so we could be creative and share better.

Then we got dessert as green tea creme brule

Went home and realised penny lost her camera and we all went overdrive to find it by ringing up police and taxi but alas no luck hopefully tomorrow is better!

Also Annette got her hair stuck in a hairdryer and we all rushed to take photos before helping her

Day 3

Woke up early and ash took my place on the bed so I slid in between ash and shells on the bed and we giggled and rolled around until we had to wake up.

Shells boiled us all some eggs and then I had some of ashs nice noodles with dumpling sauce which is like the liquid of the gods. Sun screened each other because we were all slightly red from yesterday and some had burnt shoulders and then we double and triple applied the sunscreen just in case!

Sarah sent half of us up the hill of death and doom so we could walk to the beach and then went back to pick up the others .

Went there and did some paddle boarding and kayaking on the beach which was fun. Paddle boarding was scary as in the beginning I had minima balance and wobbled back and forth dangerously before finding balance.

Then played a little beach volleyball which was a bit hard as the sand was so slippery and soft that it just sunk and moved to make our life's 10x harder. Sarah fell over making a dive which she failed and then grazed her knee so we went to rinse it off in the salt water ocean and then slightly picked up to go home where we had to make lunch.

Made a fruit salad and ate some lunch gat wasn't with the guys do then we brought out the vodka gummy bears we had made the night before and played never have I ever where we all ganged up on Sarah after she tried to take us all down with a mass never have I ever eg "never have I ever been a passenger in a buggy" cause she was always the driver lmao.

Then guys came over and we chilled together for a while before trying to get ready for dinner. We thought we had it booked at manta ray but turns out it was tomorrow night so girls just made some pizza and guys fended for themselves.

Afterwards guys invites us for a movie but we were like oh let's have a girls dm night so we refused which I think hurt some of the guys and then we climbed onto nets and Louise's bed where I was late to join cause I had to change clothes and I walked in on some satanic ritual where everyone was taking off their bras ahaha. Talked about some interesting girl things and then moved to ash/Sarah's bed as penny and net were going to sleep so we tried to be super quiet. Sent Conny off to the guys place at 1 and app and apparently she slept a lot later cause guys were still up

It's started!

At Ashlys house nearly about to leave for the airport!!! Getting excited as it finally seems real and not just a half assembled plan over Skype ohoh

Put my name on my bag just then and wow ash's mums car is pretty cool where the trunk can auto rise and close if u press a button on the keys... My mums is u just slam it closed or wham it open aha.

On the plane now! Apparently it's 27 degrees there which sounds just perfect! I think there's about 10 minutes until we take off and then it's freedom and happiness whooOooOooo

There's no daylight saving!

Dinner last night was salmon and scallops which had all these sauces and were so so so nice.

Then group dmed with guys and laughed and bonded over stories eg bob and ni origin story. Then dmed slightly with Shelley in our beds before drifting off to sleep.

Next morning we went Parasailing which involves a parachute behind and I sat behind penny with my legs apart feeling like a bird, at least until they dunked us into the water.

However the boys were late and missed it lol

Went swimming in the pool got mini cuts and then played Marco Polo and piggy backed others

Then dried off and had fish and chips shared with penny

Went snorkling afterwards and saw turtle which I touched was leathery. Water was very salty.

Sand was found in all important areas and then dried off to go home for bbq.

Sunset cocktails to watch then showered

Went to buy meat so are lamb sausages and other bbq shit.

Sarah and I freeloaded and just dmed and bonded over our similar families

Bbq was nice and packed up to watch a movie which was okay but could be better tbh.

Then packed up and went to sleep where Shelley was already asleep.

Packing the bags

Played guild wars 2 today! Holy crap the art is amazing it is like the stuff of dreams and the endless possibilities within the game of the branched storyline it's like the game developer was reading into the audience's deepest desires ahahah.

Wish I could play more but gotta pack for tomorrow . Apparently I need to wake up at 5:30 which sounds like the funnest thing ever. About halfway packed, got all the clothes down pat at least.

Can't wait for the plane ride! It's always so exciting on a plane I feel ahah.

Sign out day

Oh dear lord sign out day was so much more stressful than what I thought it would be. I thought it was all ponies and unicorns galloping across a field of lollipops and sugar but nope, instead it's an agonising crawl through the frigid depths of hell itself.

But I did it!

Signed out all my shit, paid the stupid $5 for probability booklet that I probably chucked in a fit of rage and then set up all my textbooks to sell!

Dear me Asian mums are stingy. They sure know how too bargain. Too bad I have an Asian mum too!!!

My old tutor place also called regarding my resume and sad news, I'm in second round interviews cause I can't make the first round this weekend... Noooo :(

Also went to zane's house for party! Well league party with Mario kart and smash bros but hey still party! Had pizza and Hawaiian is still the best!

Going to cook dinner today so fingers crossed no rice is burnt and no houses exploded.
